Designs
A modern and clean design that reflects the company's innovative approach to data analytics.
Understanding the problem
Identifying pain points through UX audit, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis.
Outdated CMS workflow
The marketing team struggled with TYPO3's complex interface. Simple content updates required developer intervention, causing delays and bottlenecks in their publishing workflow.
Performance issues
Slow page load times were hurting SEO rankings and user experience. The legacy infrastructure couldn't keep up with modern web performance standards.
Design inconsistency
The old website had grown organically without a unified design system, resulting in inconsistent UI patterns and a dated visual appearance that didn't match the company's innovative brand.
Strategy
Platform migration analysis
I analyzed Webflow vs. Typo3, compared their strengths and weaknesses as platforms, and determined that Webflow is the better solution thanks to its modern and advanced CMS. I evaluated cost, time savings, ease of use for the team, and long-term scalability.
Stakeholder alignment
I presented findings to leadership and convinced them to make the switch. I addressed concerns about migration complexity, content management, and training requirements.
The solution
I convinced stakeholders to move from their old platform to Webflow by demonstrating faster build times, easier content management, and better performance out of the box.
Results

Faster page load times

What I Learned
Selling the vision
Design is only half the battle. Persuading stakeholders and clearly explaining platform constraints while showing how design adapts to them is equally critical.
Adaptability wins
I learned that I can't control everything. When something doesn't work, I adjusted direction quickly. I found that flexibility delivers better outcomes than perfectionism.
Let's work together
Open for new opportunities and interesting projects.
